As our car park and waiting room are open to the public we do have certain requirements.  Dogs must be on a short lead at all times, and cats must be in a secure carry basket with a solid plastic base.  If your pet is severely injured or unable to walk, you can make a stretcher by rolling her/him onto a large towel large towel or blanket, and lifting it by the corners.

We are usually able to provide straightforward care for these special pets.

11. What times are you open?

We are open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays.

12. At what age should I desex my puppy/kitten?

The appropriate age to desex your puppy on kitten varies depending on sex and breed.  It’s best to ask a vet during a routine check up to get a good recommendation for your pet.
