Jeanie Rainbow

Vet Nurse

Jeanie Rainbow is a qualified and highly skilled veterinary nurse. She has over 10 years of experience in senior nursing and practice management positions, and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for all her patients.

In her spare time Jeanie enjoys attending music festivals and hosting gourmet dinner parties. Jeanie’s pride and joy are her two Chihuahuas, Malcolm and Cricket.

Cassie Middleditch

Vet Nurse

Cassie Middleditch has always enjoyed the buzz of the Richmond area, and has been with Richmond Veterinary clinic for nearly 23 years. She has a special interest in nutrition, for both animals and humans! Cassie enjoys baking and hunter gathering in the garden. She has no pets at present, but encourages the local possums, lizards and birds to enjoy her large garden.

Sam Plose

Vet Nurse

Sam joined our team in 2015 and is currently studying to become a qualified vet nurse. Sam has a huge passion for all animals large and small. Sam lives in the Yarra Valley on a large farm with her two goats named Luna and Robbo, Sam also has three horses named Spedly, Chicago and Parker who she spends a lot of time with and competes at competition’s most weekends. Sam also has a very cheeky jack Russell named Penny.

Tessa Schwindt

Vet Nurse

Tessa joined the team in 2017 and is currently enrolled in her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Box Hill Institute.  Tessa has previously completed a Bachelor in Biological Sciences at La Trobe University, where she studied subjects including animal nutrition, parasitology and microbiology. She enjoys discussing the ins and outs of pet care with clients and regularly runs our puppy pre-school classes.  Tessa fills her spare time practising yoga, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her cat Teddy.

Emma Moran

Vet Nurse

Emma has been a member of the team since late 2017.  She is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Box Hill Institute to become a fully qualified vet nurse.  Emma is a Richmond local and loves meeting clients outside of work on walks and in the parks and cafes (and pubs!) of Richmond.  At home, Emma has a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen (or PBGV) called Marcel.  Marcel is very independent and loves “hounding out” over all the smells after a game at the MCG and has a reputation for attracting grass seeds wherever he goes!

Amy Ong

Vet Nurse

Amy joined our team in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at La Trobe University.  She is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.  At home, she has a husky named Zoey and a corgi named Zanna.  Zoey is very independent while Zanna loves to stick close!  In her spare time, Amy loves training Muay Thai and playing tennis.

Coco Moysey


Coco joined the team at the start of 2019 as a receptionist. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Swinburne University, with a keen interest in Biochemistry. She loves talking to clients about their pets and what they’ve been getting up too. Coco fosters kittens with her local rescue group so has at least one kitten (often 3!) to spend time at home with. In her spare time Coco enjoys pilates, swimming and cooking.

Cassandra Khoo

Cass joined the team in 2019 as a vet nurse and receptionist.

Jack Lacy

Vet Nurse

Jack is the newest member of our nursing team, coming on board in 2020. He is currently studying his Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing degree at La Trobe University. He also has a degree in Journalism but has passion and love for animals outweighed his interest in writing. In his spare time, Jack enjoys yoga, running and playing tennis. Jack hopes to one day have his own fur family consisting of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Golden Retriever and a Maine Coon. Names have already been selected.
