Vet Nurse
Jeanie Rainbow is a qualified and highly skilled veterinary nurse. She has over 10 years of experience in senior nursing and practice management positions, and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for all her patients.
In her spare time Jeanie enjoys attending music festivals and hosting gourmet dinner parties. Jeanie’s pride and joy are her two Chihuahuas, Malcolm and Cricket.

Cassie Middleditch has always enjoyed the buzz of the Richmond area, and has been with Richmond Veterinary clinic for nearly 23 years. She has a special interest in nutrition, for both animals and humans! Cassie enjoys baking and hunter gathering in the garden. She has no pets at present, but encourages the local possums, lizards and birds to enjoy her large garden.

Sam joined our team in 2015 and is currently studying to become a qualified vet nurse. Sam has a huge passion for all animals large and small. Sam lives in the Yarra Valley on a large farm with her two goats named Luna and Robbo, Sam also has three horses named Spedly, Chicago and Parker who she spends a lot of time with and competes at competition’s most weekends. Sam also has a very cheeky jack Russell named Penny.

Emma has been a member of the team since late 2017. She is a qualified vet nurse, having completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Box Hill Institute. Emma is a Richmond local and loves meeting clients outside of work on walks and in the parks and cafes (and pubs!) of Richmond. Emma has a special affinity with scent hounds -her recently departed Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen (or PBGV), Marcel, loved nothing more than ‘hounding out’ over all the smells after a game at the MCG and had a reputation for attracting grass seeds wherever he went!

Amy joined our team in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at La Trobe University. She is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. At home, she has a husky named Zoey and a corgi named Zanna. Zoey is very independent while Zanna loves to stick close! In her spare time, Amy loves training Muay Thai and playing tennis.

Born and raised in Malaysia, Cass joined the team in 2019 as a vet nurse and receptionist. Cass has 11 years of experience as a dog groomer and has completed Certificate 2 in Animal Studies. She is currently studying Certificate 4 in vet nursing with AIRC. Cass lives with two budgies – Cloud McMuffin and Toshiro Hitsugaya – and a cockatiel named Peabody Bolognese in Melbourne. She regularly FaceTimes her Golden Retriever, Bay, back in Malaysia. She enjoys spending her free time watching and discovering new animés and loves a good CrossFit workout.

Sian is the newest member of our nursing team, joining us in July 2021. Sian is a qualified veterinary nurse, having completed her training and qualifications at a busy small animal practice in Albury. Sian adds valuable experience and knowledge to our nursing team.
CEO
Ginger is CEO (Chief Eating Officer) at Richmond Vet Clinic. We asked Ginger to pose for a photo but he refused to remove his head from the treat jar. Ginger’s duties include lounging around in reception, providing moral support for inpatients and stealing staff lunches.
